Which fields are treated as product data?
Core fields include the exact product name, format, carton contents, SKU, displayed AUD price basis, availability wording, source and last-check date. Unknown values should remain unknown rather than being inferred.
Which sources should support a record?
Use the supplied package first, then manufacturer material and relevant regulator or government records. Retail listings may provide context but should not be the only support for a material specification.
How are conflicting values handled?
Keep the market and date attached to each value, state the conflict, and defer to the supplied regulated label for the delivered item. Send evidence through the correction channel.
How current are order and policy fields?
